Adam has been amazing! After our initial meeting where he was attentive and genuinely interested in guiding me toward my goals, I knew it’d be a great fit. His patience (as I’m pretty beginner with all the weights/equipment) has been so appreciated. The information/education/tips I’ve gained regarding nutrition, balance and sustainability is priceless. I had an amazing experience with Marley fitness. I tried other trainers before and didn't have any luck until I worked with Adam. He gave me a personal plan, EDUCATED ME, worked with me and challenged me. I lost 15 lbs and gained muscle. (And I even had fun doing it). The difference in Adam's program is that he educates his clients and teaches them the skills it takes to manage weight and healthy eating habits. Always positive, always has your back.
