Massage Therapy
Natasha is a professional, knowledgeable and a gifted Physical Therapist. She was able to pinpoint the exact location to be worked on, and showed me some exercises/stretches that I should do before and after I workout. I will definitely see her again, and will highly recommend her in my fitness community.

Massage Therapy
An Amazing Massage!! I have an injury to my knee that had me limping around like an old pirate. Natasha arrived exactly on time, and took very good care of me. The injury is to my leg and this was the first time I've had someone be able to massage my calf muscle without making it hurt, and yet still go deep enough to help. She free'd up a bunch of tenseness and tightness in my shoulders and arms, that I hadn't realized was there. All in All -- one of the best massages I've ever had. And I'm able to walk better after her work on my leg. Schedule a time with her and you'll see what I'm talking about!
