- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the level of the student. A beginning student's instruction is certainly different than an early advanced pianist studying Chopin. Literally you get what you paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I purchase primer books to have ready for the first lesson. On piano I begin with scale fingering, coordination, and playing first exercises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I perform with professional pianists, some with their PHDs. I work at my craft to perform and record with them on a monthly basis.
