We just had a hour first tuning service with Sal. Sal responded quickly and being flexible with our time. Our piano has not been tuned for 2-3 years. He inspected the piano, patiently tuned every key and fixed two keys for us at a reasonable price. We especially appreciate his hard work as we don’t have AC at home and it was such a hot day. We can tell our piano sounds better after his work. Highly recommend Sal for everyone.

Sal was on time, friendly and professional. He was responsive to all my questions and provided helpful maintenance tips for my piano. I can see that he has an extensive knowledge of piano mechanics and tuning techniques and would trust him to maintain my pianotuning over time. I called him to see about regulation and voicing, and a tuning. He told me I did not need regulation or voicing, even when I was open to being up-sold. He tuned my piano just fine, and we were both happy when he was finished.
