He sent photos of “before” and “after” when our patio was wet. You can see the exchange with us asking if the stains came out and he replied “yes and removed blue tape and gum.” Then we saw the patio dried (photos attached) and complained that the stains are still there. So he replied that the stains are embedded in the concrete. Um, but he didn’t say that when initially asked if the stains came out. A few days later he sent a demand letter from a lawyer threatening a law suit if we didn’t pay him $225. Lol. Then he threatened again with defamation (tho I’m a lawyer and it’s libel…and truth is a defense). So this review reveals what our experience was. He said he got the stains out, then changed the story when I said stains were still there. Also sure looks like some tape remnants under the chair
