My 6 year old son was terrified of getting his face wet and didn’t want to even try to swim. I put it off and finally told him he had to. By the end of the first lesson he was putting his face in the water! I was amazed! As we were leaving he said, I can’t believe it was so much fun! After our second lesson he was going completely under water! I was happy and proud! Then he said, “I’m so proud of myself.” My heart just melted and I smiled from ear to ear! Then he said, “It’s even more fun the second time!” I had trouble getting him out of the pool and he can’t wait to go back ! I’ve also wanted to learn how to lap swim because it’s such good exercise. I could swim but never knew how to breathe well enough to go any distance. After my very first lesson I am totally confident that I’ll be swimming laps in no time at all. Like my son I can say, “I’m proud of myself!”

I have been working with Christina since August of 2018 and couldn't be happier! I have always eaten well and taken care of myself, but I wanted to really dial in my overall core strength, mobility and flexibility. My first consultation with Christina was very enlightening/educational and fun! Since we began I have pushed through a few physical/mental plateaus with Christina's teachings and motivations. In just a few months I noticed significant improvements in my physique and posture. I now am beginning to really add muscle while continuing to stay lean. Recently we have incorporated virtual trainings (via FaceTime), for when I am on the road. These have been more effective than I thought and highly recommend them for folks who travel a lot. A particular highlight, to our sessions, is how much we laugh. I believe my developing 6-pack is partially due to our healthy laughter while training! If you are looking for someone who will motivate, teach, push and truly care about your well being, than Christina is your trainer!
