Veronica is amazing. I was in a serious bind with timing and logistics, and I am so happy that I chose D&M Realty & Management and am able to work with Veronica. She walked me through everything, answering my many questions (this is my first time owning a rental property) and found a tenant within a month! I highly recommend D&M Realty & Management to anyone seeking to rent out their property.

I am very glad I chose to go with D&M for Property Management. Veronica Martin has been our manager- she is fantastic! We had our place posted on Craigslist and other sites for weeks and did not get any serious candidate. We handed the reigns over to Veronica and she had the place rented in less than ONE WEEK! The tenet is really great and we have not had a single issue. I would highly recommend Veronica’s expertise to anyone looking for a hassle-free process. I also thought the pricing was reasonable. I am very pleased that my husband and I decided to go with Veronica Martin of D&M Management. We interviewed 4 different property managers. She was the only one who showed up prepared and knowledgeable. She had rent comps, a complete list of services available, and excellent confidence. She sent us a follow up note in the mail. She helped us to pick a reasonable date to make the property available, I wanted sooner and she gently set a more reasonable expectation. She kept us informed of all contacts and applications. Oh, and she found us an excellent tenant. We have worked with two other property managers and D&M excels above them. I would highly recommend.

I know there are many property management companies that don't care about doing their job well. Veronica really cares and does everything in a professional manner. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to. She has been in the field for many years and does her job very well. If you want the best, hire Veronica. -Homeowner.

Veronica has been a joy to work with under very difficult conditions. She is always there when we need information about the properties, handles tenants, gardeners, plumbers and anyone or thing that needs to be done. I am the POA for the owner of the properties. She had a brain aneurysm 10 years ago and can be difficult since she was a property manager. Veronica is always patient and explains to both of us the things we need to know. She always goes the extra mile. We couldn't get along without her! Thank you Veronica, you're a jewel!
