Veronica is awesome!! For the past, three months she has worked diligently to get my home rented. The previous tenant left my rental home in shambles, which I rented out on my own, without the help of a professional. BIG MISTAKE!!! It was very costly for me to get it to where I can rent it out again. Veronica was with me every step of the way and when I felt I couldnt do it anymore she came through. If you need someone to manage your property D&M Management is the way to go. Veronica was always on top of what needed to get done, no matter how small or big the request. She was always in control and got the job done. She works out of San Diego and traveled to Long Beach to show the place and she didnt have a problem with the distance. She always returned my texts immediately and handled every situation like a pro. She is wonderful. Dont try to rent out your property on your own, it can be a disaster, as it was for me. I know there are many property management companies that don't care about doing their job well. Veronica really cares and does everything in a professional manner. Veronica is the property manager of my late mother's home. when interviewing managers, i chose her because of her prompt response to me and for her professionalism. since managing the property, there have been a few challenges with the tenant as well as one worker i had hired. Veronica handled those situations with grace and poise. Living out of state, I appreciate her attentiveness to the tenant or properties' needs, and her speedy responsiveness to my requests. i also appreciate her professionalism and willingness to have frank conversations with me as well as with the tenant when necessary.
