We offer one of the lowest fees for management and tenant placement in all of San Diego
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone consultation, followed by an introductory email, and then an in-person meeting at the property. Once a client decides to move forward, we send an agreement to be signed digitally and beginning marketing the property within 3-4 days!
