As an owner, I have had an amazing experience with Durante & Rich. They have been efficient on maintenance requests and organized with coordination. Highly suggest using them to manage your property. Tenants are very difficult to deal with and seem to always have an issue. I have found the people at Durante & Rich have my back and deal with the tenants in a professional manner.

Almost a year away from living with Durante and Rich and we still feel burnt by them. We were given a filthy home filled with the owners junk, then charged to remove the same junk when we moved out. Return our deposit now.Stay far away anyone considering using them. Hardly any communication, it was funny they called me about my review when we couldn't get them on the phone for weeks at a time .

Terrible communication with this company. I was being passed back and forth between Alan Ortiz and netchie Jane in order to schedule my tour. Multiple no response to texts and voicemails that I left. Netchie insisted that my tour would happen at a certain time for which I took with off. Alan never showed up for our tour nor did he respond to my texts/call for an explanation or apology. After reviewing the other 1 star reviews, I feel we dodged a bullet and am so glad we didnt sign a lease.Durante and Rich is= bad business, Incredibly unprofessional.

Do not give these people your business. Let my year spent in an unheated, dilapidated property, that was received dirty, with an inaccurate listing be a free lesson to you. Look elsewhere.Edit as of 1/05/26. These people are still the worst. Give us back our deposit!

Hello Simon, we appreciate your feedback. I would like to give you a little bit more insight about what happened during your tenancy. We were told by the homeowner that the home had central heating and air conditioning. I marketed the home this way, but we unfortunately did not find that this was not the case until after your move-in. This was a huge mistake on my part personally (District Manager Alan Ortiz), as it should have been quite obvious to see if the home had an AC compressor in the back. Once your need for Air Conditioning arose that summer, the homeowners did not have the money to get central AC installed. Instead, we withheld money from the rent to buy you portable AC units. I also understand that the home was not as clean as it needed to be. Although I personally saw the cleaning crew at the property clean the carpets, we should have asked them to come back to clean the areas they missed. Additionally, although I advised the homeowner not to leave their personal belongings in the property, they still did so. Again, I am very sorry about your experience at our property, and I know there is nothing I can say or do rectify that. We have made an active effort not to work with homeowners who are not financially prepared to be landlords, and do not take our advice regarding the move-in condition of their home. Feel free to leave as many reviews as you'd like regarding your experience, your feedback is always welcome. I hope your current living conditions are miles better than what we were able to provide in 2023. Thank you.
