Matt is hard working, intelligent and honest. I wrote this review because I feel it is difficult to identify the "trustworthy professionals" that actually deliver results. This day and age, marketing often dazzles people to make a decision, but product or service often falls short of the promises. I have worked with Matt directly to help a client purchase a home and he showed me he has the focus, passion, skill and drive to overcome the challenges in today's market. While it is not the best practice to show a client 40 plus homes (time and money), Matt demonstrated who he is really is by concentrating on his client vs thinking about of the cost of driving the person to soo many homes. Dean also showed he can simply do the work needed to make results happen. I have also been fortunate to learn about how hard Matt works to help the clients he has on his property management platform as well. Matt provides honest and clear communication to both sides of the transaction whether he helps a homeowner maximize the value of his/her property or he helps a renter find the property that is right for his/her lifestyle and budget. Matt represents Durante & Rich and himself in the upmost professional manner and I know (from experience working with other real Estate Agents and Property Managers). As a current tenant being in the property about two weeks, wow, most of yelp reviews about this company are true. I even experienced myself the cobweb, no clean house and I had to hire a cleaning company to clean the house. I wish I read Yelp reviews not only google review.Truth that the maintenance team closed one of my requests based on homeowners says no issue with the garage, without even check on the issue. In fact the issue still presents.I got a bad property manager which is made a mess instead of help with a pool poor lack of communication skills, ignorance, and unprofessionalism. At the end she played the victim card, make it personally, got emotional, instead of focusing on the issues/maintenance.Also, the district manager involved once, and instead of helping, he made it worse situation. I dont know how and I dont care how this freaking business is running. But what I know for sure in any respectable and professional environment employees deal with customer with respect, integrity, and transparency. Not, emotional, defensive, and unprofessional.Trespassing three times till now into my private property without my permissions was a huge mistake made by Durante and Rich Real State company.They are refusing to answer my questions just to call one person unprofessional to hang up on me while talk to her (property manager). If they did answered, they respond to part of my request and ignore other parts. They respond unprofessionally, they never address the issue.This is called micro aggression, discrimination, and unhealthy working relationship with Tenants.To the company; No apology has been respectfully presented. Also, no need for one as the damage is breach of contract.Overall experience is (-10) nothing came good out of it.

SCAM! BEWARE!I was a tenant from 2022 - 2023! What a mistake! Im specifically talking about their property in La Mesa (SD) on Casit@ W@y! It was the most worst experience of my life! They scammed me $$$ and lied to my face! They didnt disclose a lot of problems with the property and didnt attempt to fix any of the problems upon moving in, after I signed the lease and it was to late. This particular property has shared meters and they didnt disclose this! Id have utilities bills that ranged from $350 - $450! No one helped me and said Oh welp when I got my first utility bill back in March of 2022. Im so glad I got out of there. The owner of the property is EVIL and will play victim! She scammed me out of thousands of dollars and ignored all of my requests. She also withheld my security deposit FOR NO REASON and threatened to take me to court. Shes a slum lord! Read the Yelp reviews!Run! Please run the other way even if you love the property, and property owners PLEASE do not entrust this"business" with your home.We don't wish this nightmare on anyone. We drove across the country due to a military move, and when we arrived tired but excited for our new home, we found ourselves in a mess. They did not make sure the house was ready, the previous tenants had destroyed this place while under their management and we were met with a myriad of issues.The house was full of furniture and items that they were supposed to move out before we arrived, my husband has been packing all those items and moving them while I clean a house that was "professionally" cleaned. They never have answers to the issues we present, and they have the worst communication after you sign the lease of course!Do yourselves a favor and do not add so much burden to a life event that is stressful enough, such as moving or renting your property to someone else.Military community, please be aware, these people do not care. You can tell by some of the responses from the owner on some of these reviews that they lack professionalism. They have gaslighted me repeatedly telling me the house was professionally cleaned and that their agent was here to make sure the job was done. The same agent that was shocked to see the hole on the wall that he was not aware of when we moved in. The same one that was here the other night moving stuff around, who my husband had to help because we actually felt bad for him (even though he is the person who was in charge of making sure the property was ready). They have blamed the movers, the owners, and have taken O ownership of their wrong doinNot worth it....
