I walked into an Open House last weekend where the young lady was sitting on the counter top, the toilet seat in the hall bath was up and had waste in it. I politely closed the lid and flushed to notice the reason she wasn't flushing the waste was because she'd then have to fix the running toilet. Complete Buyer Turn-off in my opinion.

Katrina Hamilton was my property manager for 8 years on a downtown condo. She kept the property leased at market value or better and oversaw any repairs or maintenance as needed.
