- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price for full service property management is 8% of gross rents. We don't charge you any other fees for leasing, maintenance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to meet with you at the rental property. Once we have a contract we will take over immediately. If the property is vacant, we will get pictures right away and get the property marketed. If it needs some maintenance first, we will put our team on it so that you lose as little time as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate and Construction. This lets us be a very experienced resource for the management of your property.
