David was my property manager for my condo for a year. He was always very professional and calm and responsive from the beginning. I had a rare stressful issue a month after I had moved across country with a complicated flooding issue and David managed it so well; it gave me such piece of mind when it could have been such a headache. So grateful for his work ethic - would definitely use again and recommend!

We had a property that was facing difficulties in attracting tenants. We contracted with David and David rapidly made improvements in the property and placed ads to rent it.
