- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at Shore Management have an 8% management fee on rent. We do offer discounts for customers bringing in large amounts of units. The more units you need us to manage the better deal we can offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would meet with you and assess the property that is to be managed. We would build a property profile so you can see what your property would look like being managed with us. We would look for any improvements that we could make to the property to allow us to charge higher rents and propose a game plan of how to achieve those improvements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Justin Hoech, Upon graduating from Arizona State University, Justin joined the family business and quickly worked his way to being the vice-president of Hoech Real Estate Corporation. In June 2012, Mr. Hoech relocated his family to San Diego, California, and established Red Tree Realty. In December 2016, after solidifying the brand as the “go to” real estate agency in Bay Park, Justin sold Red Tree Realty, and purchased Shore Management, Inc. from Dan Pedersen. Justin’s unique understanding of financial principles and customer needs has allowed him to rapidly grow Shore management, and continue Shore’s legacy of quality service to both tenants and property owners alike.
