Our fee is a flat 8% of the monthly gross rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with all new clients in order to find out about the home they need to rent along with any information they might have about the neighborhood, schools, shopping, amenities and their personal financial needs in order to cover their costs of home ownership.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed California Real Estate Broker and former contractor.
