Steve took care of our rental for 4 yrs now and we couldn't be happier. He took care of our property like it was his own. He is responsive and takes good care of tenant . Our fee is a flat 8% of the monthly gross rent.

I personally meet with all new clients in order to find out about the home they need to rent along with any information they might have about the neighborhood, schools, shopping, amenities and their personal financial needs in order to cover their costs of home ownership.
