Jennifer Hankins of Total Property Management is the only choice. She is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and has a top notch team working for her. The most appealing attribute is she very good to work with and a good problem solver. Managing and leasing rentals can be so stressful, but she comes in like a pro and makes it all come together beautifully! She's the one you want!

We needed a new management co for a 4 plex in PB. Our, at the time, manager/president needed to step down and we needed to tighten up things all around. Jennifer was able to walk us through the transition and get us on track smoothly. She is a great communicator, educated, experienced and with great follow through. I also appreciate Total Property Management's online approach. It makes payments easier to do and track, it also keeps the HOA associations spending transparent which eliminates any owners concerns. I highly recommend TPM.
