Introduction: Our services include psychotherapy, counseling, consulting, and training. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and experienced with children, therapeutic arts, and play therapy. I've been in the field for twenty years. I was trained in EMDR, an effective process for overcoming trauma, obstacles, or enhancing performance. I provide individual, child, couples, and family therapy. Educational workshops and coaching related to parenting, communication, stress management, and conflict resolution are also available. I'm located in San Diego's beach area.
