My son had been laid off a year prior when he decided it was time to seek help from a coach. He had had interviews and had taken time for skill building, but had not been able to move beyond the initial interview phase. Two years ago, I moved to a new country and wanted to switch out of education to join a new sector. However, finding a new role in the field of development felt impossible. My resume felt like I was boxed in to stay a teacher for the rest of my life. I was very close to giving up my dream and going back into a safer routine of teaching. I love teaching, but I did want to try something new and give back to a community.

I was referred to Wasim through a mutual friend. I told Wasim I had an interview with a very well known company for an entry level position. Wasim understood my situation and immediately gave me a strategy to prepare me for the interview. The strategy wasn’t difficult to understand or practice. He worked with me for two days. His strategy not only gave me confidence to sit through the interview , but it also gave me a framework to answer questions. I ended getting the job.
