- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge an hourly rate depending on the type of service...some of them are more complicated than others. I am willing to work with any of my clients to find a rate that they think is fair and fits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to establish expectations, expected budget, and offer my advice based on what I see could be improved on. From there, I work to resolve their initial issue and take care of any further issues that they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely self-taught, with experience since 2001 ranging from small home computer issues to working on for companies with hundreds of servers. If I don't know how to do something, I can figure it out quickly on the job.
