We offer different levels of service and support, each with its own pricing structure. We also offer discounts for bulk purchases, long-term contracts, non-profit organizations, customers who bundle multiple services together, customers who pay in advance or in full and customers who refer other customers to our company. We encourage our customers to review our pricing options and discounts carefully and reach out to us if they have any questions. We are always happy to work with our customers to find the best solution for their needs and budget.

The process for working with a new client typically involves several steps: Initial contact and assessment: The first step is to establish contact with the client and assess their needs. This may involve a phone call, email, or in-person meeting. Establishing the scope of the project: Once contact has been made, the next step is to establish the scope of the project. This may involve discussing the client's specific needs and goals, as well as any constraints or limitations that need to be taken into account. Proposal and Agreement : Based on the scope, you will create a proposal for the client outlining the project details, timelines and cost. Once the client agrees with the proposal, you will proceed to the next step Technical setup and Configuration : Once agreement is reached, you will set up and configure the necessary technology, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide training and support to the client as needed. Ongoing maintenance and support : After the initial setup, you will continue to provide ongoing maintenance and support to the client to ensure that their technology is working properly and that they are able to fully utilize it.
