FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, with no hidden fees. We typically provide an upfront estimate before starting any job so you know exactly what to expect. Labor is charged either hourly or as a flat rate depending on the project. We offer discounts for repeat customers, larger projects, and sometimes for seniors or referrals. Any additional costs (such as materials or unexpected repairs) will always be discussed and approved before proceeding. There may be a small service or diagnostic fee for initial visits, especially for troubleshooting, but this is often applied toward the final cost if you move forward with the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, clear, and customer-focused. It starts with an initial consultation where you describe the issue or project. We may ask a few questions or request photos to better understand the scope. Next, we schedule a convenient time to visit your property. Once on-site, we perform a thorough assessment, identify the issue, and explain the best solution. You’ll receive a clear, upfront estimate before any work begins. After your approval, we complete the work efficiently and safely, keeping everything clean and up to code. Before leaving, we test everything, walk you through the results, and make sure you’re fully satisfied. We also remain available for any follow-up questions or support after the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are also network specialists and electrical engineers with hands-on training and extensive experience in both residential and commercial electrical work, including wiring, troubleshooting, panel upgrades, and equipment installation. Their background includes working under licensed electricians and adhering to national and local electrical codes to ensure all work is safe and compliant. In addition to electrical expertise, they are skilled in network setup and configuration, including structured cabling, router and switch installation, and optimizing connectivity for homes and businesses. They stay up to date with current electrical standards, safety practices, and new technologies through continuous learning and field experience, delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable performance on every job.
