- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Spanish classes are $20 for a 30 minute class. This is a per-class rate. If you choose to have your child be in class 3 times a week, then the rate is $60 a week. Tutoring sessions are offered at a $30/hour rate for students in K-5. Tutoring sessions for students in grades 6-12, or adults are offered at $40/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer decides to work with me, we will have an initial telephone conversation. In this conversation, I ask questions to get to know the client and allow for the client to ask questions back. If the client wants to move forward with my Spanish Classes or Tutoring Sessions, then we can maintain communication by email or text message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a California Credentialed Teacher (All Subjects, Grades K-8) with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am a native speaker of Spanish, and I also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
