- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services calls are 85.00 which include an hour of trouble shooting. If parts and or supplies are needed they would be additional, however the 85.00 would go to the labor side of the installation/repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get in contact with a new customer we provide them insight to costs and educate the customer about their situation. We are upfront with pricing, parts and labor and explain all aspects that encompass the service or repair. Customers always receive and estimate for the work that is needed or requested. No work is completed until the estimate is approved by the customer. This helps with the customer feeling comfortable and confident in the service that they are receiving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 8 plus years in San Diego, licences to service, remodel, repair and build from scratch. We are nationally certified by the plaster council and carry several certifications from our industries best manufactures.
