At Cabana, our pricing is mostly based on the size of your pool, as that determines the amount of time and chemicals required to keep it sparkling year-round.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your needs. After gathering details through our quote form from our website or a direct consultation through Thumbtack, we provide a detailed proposal and cost estimate. Once you approve, we schedule a start date and begin the work. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication to ensure everything aligns with your expectations and make adjustments as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is composed of skilled technicians with extensive experience in pool and spa maintenance, as well as equipment installation and repair. We hold both CPO certifications and a D-35 contractors license, and regularly complete industry continuous training programs to stay current with best practices in pool care.
