- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
your first 3 quotes are free and include 1 free revision if you like something in one of the quotes and want to add it to another quote. anything over 4 quotes I charge a $75.00 fee if you book your trip that $75.00 will be applied to your booking if you choose not to book that $75.00 payment is not refundable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you to fill out a small travel interest survey to a better fill on what you are looking for. Once that is completed I will do 3 quotes for you of the resorts I feel will meet your needs. If you like the proposal but want to make some changes. I will do one additional proposal change . Once you find a proposal you like we will go into the confirmation stage which I will walk you through I will then send you a secure payment link form to make your payments if you need to make payment arrangements we can also arrange that. I am your dedicated agent pre, during and post trip.
