Quality was terrible and never got final product. But he chose to sue for the full amount of payment without ever giving the product, only a sample of it.Jan 13, 2018Ian D.'s reply
Hi Monica Fay of Totally Normal Chaos, this matter has been discussed in length and the results of the lawsuit in my favor is proof that I did all I could to satisfy your needs. I'm more than happy to provide a product your are satisfied with, all you have to do is just communicate with me.
Ian was great! He was very professional and adapted everything to what we wanted and didn't want. He worked with our budget and helped us prioritize, our video is really high quality. He was able to lift sound from both the live ceremony musicians and reception band, the toasts and vows are clear and overall the video is just very well done. We initially were on the fence about getting a video and I'm so glad we did!Dec 30, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It is roughly $125/hr initially, but after talking with the client, this can increase or decrease depending on what is required. But the $125/hr is a good starting point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to present several options, because not everyone wants the same thing. We like to discuss what the client expects and how we can beat those expectations. Unlike products, services are very difficult to price match, since each vendor is different and will provide different services/products. Open and transparent is how we like to operate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bright Glare Pictures stays updated by attending webinars and expos. We also constantly keep our software up to date. All of us have attended film and photography programs and graduated from UCSD, Cal State Fullerton, & UCLA.
