Finding Your Voice

Introduction: Come discover what over 1,500 graduates have already learned: the Finding Your Voice workshop is more than a singing workshop; it’s a breakthrough experience! Combining technical, theatrical, and visualization technologies, Roby is able to draw out from the student a boundless and confident vocal self expression. Students also learn audience engagement skills and techniques to overcome stage fright and create a powerful performance dynamic Unlike any other singing workshop, students enthusiastically report finding freedom in self-expression in all areas of their life. Located in The Celebration Center in Sorrento Valley, the workshop is designed in eight 3-hour sessions with a dress rehearsal and concert as well. The Finding Your Voice workshop will provide the student with the following skills: * Proper Breath Support * Pitch and Projection Control * Vocal Placement * Vocal Styling Techniques * Stage Presence * Method Acting as Applied to Song * Audience Engagement * Freeing The Voice Through Emotional Release * Gesturing and Movement * Tools For Overcoming Stage Fright * Proper Microphone Usage So what are you waiting for?
