Replaced a whirlpool tub faucet - old one corroded and leaked. Alex diagnosed and determined the existing one couldn't be saved, I found a new one and he installed. On-time, totally professional, great communicator, a really good experience and more than lived up to the existing great reviews. I'll hire him in a heartbeat for any plumbing issues.

Alex was very responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous when attending to my plumbing issue. Although he did an excellent job, I received other bids for a substantially lower price, but no telling how well the competitors would have done either.

We had a leak coming out of the wall in our downstairs bathroom. We made a few calls but no one was available until Monday. I then searched thumbtack and Aim Plumbing had good reviews. We called Alex late on Friday evening .. he responded within a few hours and arranged to come over on Saturday. He opened a portion of drywall and quickly located the leak, with was part of the wastewater drainpipe coming from an upstairs bathroom. He sat down with us and gave us a few options for the repair. We chose a more complete repair and he got started on the job. He finished in about 3 or 4 hours and then completely cleaned up all of the mess when he was done. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. We will definitely call him again if we need pipe or plumbing work ... it is nice to find such great service and also nice to support a veteran !
