- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off labor time, but usually I'll ask the client to pay for their own site hosting. This way they are in control of the ownership of their site and can move/change it as they please.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First some questions & messages to better understand the customer's business and model. Then I'll look over the current situation and website to determine best plan of attack for the upgrades. We'll discuss the plan and I'll get to work. Once the work is done (often in some sort of testing environment that is not public), I'll let the client review the updates and once agreed I'll set everything live for the public.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A.S. as well as 15+ years of retail ecommerce for large companies, with 50-100 physical stores.
