Lourd Viernaliza Castro (L.V) was my day of coordinator for my husband and I wedding day in Berkeley, CA. L.V did an amazing job she was my life saver. All bride-to-be knows how hard is it to plan a wedding and you dedicate all your time and effort and sanity to making your special day an amazing day that will never be forgotten without breaking the bank of course! :) After many hours spent on searching and reviewing reviews and asking around who to hire as a day of coordinator I finally was able to reach out to L.V and I am so so soooo glad that I did.
From the very first time that I spoken to L.V she already had me convince. She was so sweet, kind, professional and she was able to work with my Budget. She was very thorough and into details which I love. I felt like she wasn't just there to help me on the big day but even all through out planning. We kept in contact couple of months before the wedding making sure everything was ready and perfect for the big day. We also had her at the rehearsal which went smoothly! I mean as usual people were late etc. but in-spite of any stress that came she never made me feel stressed she was handling it and she did an amazing job doing so. She did such an amazing job with the set-up and decorating and making sure everything is in place. She also designed our Dessert Bar which turned out even better than what I expected just wow!! :) and she would fly from San Diego to the bay area just to make it for the rehearsal I was very impressed, with her dedication and her goal to keep her client happy.
Now, the big day as bride-to-be should know. There will be hiccups, not everything will be the way you expected but regardless it'll still be an AMAZING day that you will truly remember for the rest of your life. I could really go on I have alot of nice things to say. But In summary,
Hubby and I are very thankful that we had you to help us on our wedding day. Everything was perfect and we are both very impressed with your service. Thank you for going above and beyond of what is expected from you. I will definitely keep in contact for future events.

I was extremely pleased with how LV decorated my 18th birthday party! From the start, LV was very cooperative and although my parents' had a tight budget for my debut, LV worked around it and decorated the venue just how I had described how I wanted it to look! She was very creative with her ideas and organized in her thoughts while preparing for the party. Aside from decorations, she hooked us up with an awesome dessert place that provided us with a birthday cake as well as party favor macarons that had EVERYONE going crazy for! She had also provided a photo booth service as well as cute props to match the celebration which turned out super nice. LV did an amazing job overall, I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a party planner. She definitely worked above and beyond for us!

LV went over and beyond what we expected from her when we hired her as wedding coordinator (day of). She made everything stress free for us, smooth and as perfect as it could possibly be.
We originally planned to do everything by ourselves but we realized that this is not possible. It is also not fair to task relatives or friends to help out with wedding preps as we want them to just have fun on our special occasion. The simple and only solution was to hire LV and she took care of everything.
She took charge and even planned the wedding reception timeline from start to finish. From the smallest detail up to working and coordinating with all the vendors. She was just so pleasant with everybody and it felt like she was in charge of everybody like the dj, photographer, caterers etc. She managed and worked with everybody so well which made our wedding reception as perfect as it could possibly be. Hiring her is like hiring a team because she can get everybody to work together towards a common goal. Me and wife is so grateful and lucky to have hired LV as our wedding coordinator.
