LV helped bring my vision to life. I was a bride on a budget and had every intent on showing up to my venue the morning of my wedding to set up myself. I knew I was biting off more than I could chew. Someone suggested I find a day of coordinator. After some research I knew LV was the perfect fit. She responded very promptly to my inquiry. Our first phone call was well over an hour as she clued me into small details that I hadn't even considered. She met me multiple times to preview the venue and discuss seating options. She also came to my home to pick up my décor and favors a week before the wedding to help alleviate any stress on the days leading up to the big day.
The day of the wedding went without a hitch. The tables and décor were perfect and just as I had envisioned. She was attentive to guest and helpful every step of the way.
In addition, LV used one of her many resources and contacts to find me a florist for my center pieces, again making things that much easier on me.
During the planning I expressed to LV I was also in need of a videographer. Lucky for us, her husband Francisco was an experienced videographer and available, despite the short notice.
Francisco arrived early and stayed with us through the end of the night, capturing several magical moments that we would have never been able to see or relive.
This couple is patient, attentive and truly listen to the wants and needs of their clients. They put forth all their effort in ensuring you are happy and satisfied. They are truly a power couple, and make an awesome team. My husband and I so happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Odineva Events to anyone in need of an event coordinator.

LV was fun and upbeat the entire time. She made every detail of my wedding perfect from start to finish She helped me fine tune my timeline and run through my plans. She also gave me invaluable advice once I began looking for vendors and picking out items to make all my moments special. She thought of everything so I didn't miss a thing!

LV was our day-of coordinator and we couldn't have asked for anything better. She was on top of things from the very start and all the way till the very last minute. She was also able to put up with all of us (yay in-laws!), which is quite amazing. She has so many ideas and her creativity really made the reception beautiful. She worked so well with the venue staff and was able to make our day perfect. LV does so much more than "day of" coordinating. She will help with the rehearsal and creating a timeline for your day. She is also great with any questions that come up and responds quickly. I would definitely recommend her for any event, she does a great job!

I originally requested help with the wedding design aspects only, as our venue provided a "day of". LV was the first coordinator I met through Thumbtack and I knew then that I wanted to hire her. She was able to vividly capture my vision. After thoroughly going through everything needed for planning and the big day with LV, I decided to hire LV for the months leading up to the big day as well as a Day Of Coordinator. The site coordinator was more of a "venue manager" whereas LV was beside me the whole day. I recommend her services.

We had a small intimate wedding (immediate family only - 22 in the entire party) held at a local resort. The resort required a wedding coordinator, which we thought a bit odd. We found LV on Thumbtack, had a phone conversation, and meet in person and decided to use LV as our coordinator. It turned out to be a very good investment on our part as she was a very valuable resource for us and helped to make the wedding ceremony a success. LV is a very good listener, easy to work with, has a number of connections that helped us get some good deals on some items, and had some ideas for us to consider that we hadn't thought of on our own. I would use LV again (although we're not planning on any future weddings) and give my endorsement for her services for anyone looking for a thoughtful coordinator.
