Introduction: Hi! Because I am SO passionate about yoga and love sharing this empowering, transforming practice with others. In my personal practice I: -learned to do yoga postures that I thought only gymnasts (those trained to be ultra flexible) could do -have become incredibly self-aware, which has benefited all of my relationships -no longer sweat the small stuff (you should see how cool and collected I am when I spill, say, dry coffee grounds everywhere) -am way more confident and secure in my body -feel empowered off my mat, out in the world As for my background: -I've been practicing since 2009 (didn't like it much at first... if you've felt the same way, stick with it!) -I teach at multiple yoga studios in SD -I've been working with students privately for four years -I'm able to teach to any level and to any pace to meet your needs and goals If you're serious about starting or growing your practice, please reach out! Margy taught a virtual class for my company team building activity and it was amazing! We had people of all different levels and her instruction and demonstration was easy to follow. She shared modifications that could be made to challenge yourself along the way, which was great! It was so helpful to watch her practice along with us and clearly explain how to move for those new to yoga. I highly recommend taking her classes, either privately or with a group! Thank you!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but margy is absolutely fantastic. I only wanted to do one or two sessions at first but I ended up doing ten or more! She’s very easy going and pleasant to work with, very punctual and professional, and she’s worth every cent. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect so I can learn about what you're looking for. Second, we do a free intro session! You'll tell me about your unique needs and health and wellness goals. Also, let me know about any injuries or specific areas in the physical or energetic body you'd like to focus on. And of course, I answer any questions you may have. Then we set up a time to meet for your free, introductory class where we make sure we're a good fit!
