....Home was so beautiful, I didn't want to sell the home....Sep 26, 2013Verified
Judy did a great job and is a diligent worker/stager. Happy with the way the home turned out, and the turnaround was very quick. If I did have one complaint, it wouldn't be about Judy, it would be the fact that the furniture rental company didn't deliver exactly all that was ordered or have much to choose from. BUT that's also due to the current market, all in all, still 5 stars.Aug 13, 2013VerifiedJudy C.'s reply
Thank You so much Ryan. Appreciate your kind words and I'm very happy that you are pleased. Hoping to work with you again soon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a RESA Pro (Real Estate Staging Association), we are required to take continuing education classes to keep us up to date on industry standards and help us improve our skills and our businesses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We stage a lot of vacant houses. Real Estate Agents and Investors should understand that 90% of the population cannot visualize and so they need to see furnishings in a space in order to envision themselves living there, know if their belongings will fit and most importantly, to make an emotional connection to the home. That's what will bring in the offers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?If I were hiring a stager, I would look for an accredited professional. We receive training in design, flow, color and more before we receive our certification. There are tricks of the trade and do's and don'ts in home staging. A trained professional will know them.
