My workouts are tailored towards my own personal goals of transforming my lower body. Personally, my lower body has always been the hardest to see changes in but each week I just put my trust in Dan and do exactly what he says to do…when Dan says lunge, I lunge! He’s so inspiring and motivating that you want to push through and finish every single rep and earn that sweat! He’s professional, honestly cares about getting results, and gives undivided attention! I have a black belt in TKD, trained in Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, and a little bit of BJJ, but I haven't found an art as holistic as budo taijutsu, which is why I chose to train in it. It doesn't rely on athleticism as much as it does on leverage, positioning, and movement. So it's great for me as a smaller person, and it just makes sense. I've trained with Andrew at various dojos. What is a boot camp class?

Fitness boot camps encourage camaraderie, and the group momentum helps participants get through fast-paced intervals of cardio, isometric training, strength training and endurance drills.
