The repair was completed in less than an hour! The technician had all the necessary parts with him, meaning there was no need for a second visit. He even provided me with some helpful tips on how to maintain the washing machine in the future.

Andrew did a great job, he arrived early, was able to diagnose the problem with my stove quickly and was able to fix the issues in the same session. I really appreciate how friendly he was and how clear he was to explain. I also appreciated how fast the invoice was sent to my email and I was able to pay via credit card and we were all done within a couple hours. Overall, I had a great experience! Thank you so much.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee for household appliances is $69. It will be waived if you hire us to repair. We offer 10% disctount for the service call fee and repairs (labour only not parts) to seniors and veterans. Service call fee for commercial is $100-120 depending on the equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in touch with a customer. Arrange an appointment. Our technician comes and properly checks the unit, finds the problem and tells the customer what is the problem and the cost for the repairs. Then if the customer desides to go on with the repair and approves the quote we order parts if any required and come again to complete the repair.
