David is a caring and enthusiastic man and a delight to work with. He is very efficient and gets the job done quickly. I am grateful to him because, although I am an interior designer and certified color consultant, I do not have expertise in drawing to scale sketches of the spaces I'm hired to design. David helped me by doing those sketches and my clients were impressed. I gave him 4 stars only because some of the sketches needed to be redone because of miscommunication between us. I must admit though that I may have not been thoroughly clear re. measurements. David was always eager to do the best job possible, and I appreciated that immensely. Thank you David. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically is $40/hr. But I'm open to a lump sum ahead of the project and no extra charge for any additional reasonable changes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can either meet in person or talk more in details over the phone. For the as built drawings, I'll schedule to meet the client at his/her property and measure the property at the same time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in architecture. And I'm proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, FormZ, Navisworks, SketchUp, Photoshop.
