We worked with Elias and his team on the architectural plan for a full 2 unit renovation, as well as the interior design for 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Elias and his team were creative, meticulous, and open to feedback the whole way.Given some unique layout challenges, Elias was able to craft a design that made the best of our available space. He even went above and beyond to liaise with my contractor, as well as city permitting office to work through some unforeseen challenges. Elias and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with!

We hired Elias & Creates Cool after interviewing about a dozen architects for our remodeling project in San Francisco. In the initial meeting, we found him to be confident, matter-of-fact, and serious about getting the job done. He was knowledgeable about the building codes and the SF building permit processes. He assured us of a favorable outcome. He didn't try to oversell and his pricing was reasonable. Once we signed him on, he and his team got off the mark immediately. As the different phases evolved, what we loved about Elias & his team were the following:1) Met all the timelines that were discussed and agreed upon ;2) Came up with creative solutions that met or sometimes even exceeded our expectations;3) Were very open to our suggestions by either accepting them or explaining why they wouldn't work.4) Communicated periodically and effectively and used the technology advantageously to quickly get to the end state - in our case permit set drawings that our construction crew needed to start their work.Overall our experience was very positive. We worked with Elias and his team to create a design for our ground floor remodel of our home in San Francisco. Our highly efficient technology based organization and approach to each project we can focus on your needs and spend time on design that matters. This also means we can lower or fee much below market rate. I'm very open about pricing and can do quick quotes based upon project and client needs.
