Excellent job creating elevation drawings for a remodel, helped with the site plan and helped to integrate everything, including engineering drawings from another firm. into a single package for the City of Berkeley. Handled communications with the planning department to address and resolve every piece of feedback or request they had. Really such an awesome experience. I would use Kristen again and again for this type of drafting work. Fair price, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, the whole package!

I charge by the hour design services, and I typically ask for a deposit before I get started. Please ask about pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time and listen to their ideas for their remodel or addition project. I often suggest a site visit so that I can get to know their home and how they live in it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of experience in architecture & engineering. I started as a secretary and taught myself how to use Autocad and drafting. I started my own business in 2005. I am largely self taught and I also have an AA degree in architecture from City College.
