Jacob was my architect for my recent home remodel project where we added a home office, half bathroom, and expanded storage/laund\ry room space in my existing single family home. He created multiple designs at different price points (and levels of complexity) for me to choose from, and was able to take my rough requirements and create something beautiful. I was quite happy with Jacob because he created a space for me in my home that I never would have imagined on my own, and he also got us through the SF Building Department planning process with no delays (literally got the permit pulled in 1 day), which is the best I could have hoped for, having no prior experience with building permits. I would highly recommend choosing Jacob as your architecture for your home renovation project.

Jacob did an excellent job designing our new safety training facility. He took the time to thoroughly understand our needs and requirements, asking insightful questions about how the space would be used. His creative design maximized the facility's functionality while also making it an attractive and inspiring environment for learning. Jacob was responsive, professional, and great to work with throughout the process. He listened carefully to our feedback and incorporated changes seamlessly. His attention to detail was impressive - the final plans accounted for every aspect down to the smallest elements. The completed facility has exceeded our expectations. The layout flows well, the spaces are flexible for different training scenarios, and the safety considerations are thoughtfully integrated. Jacob's design has created an ideal environment for our training programs. We used Jacob on a house remodel and design for a new guest house. Jacob was a really good listener. He did a great job of incorporating what we wanted with the existing style of the house. He asked good questions about how we wanted to use the spaces and gave us ideas that we hadn't thought of. Jacob was easy to work withe and has a pleasant personlity. We didn't end up moving forward with the project, but when we do, Jacob will be our first call.
