We had a great experience. Carolina was always on time, easy to work with, and clearly know San Francisco building rules inside and out. Her design advice on complete remodeling of our SF apartment was thoughtful, practical, and elevated the project without pushing anything unrealistic. Could not have been happier with our decision. Highly recommend and will for sure hire her again.

I had a pretty complex project adding an ADU and a front extension to my house in San Francisco. Anyone who’s worked with the city knows that making a major street-facing change like this is not a straightforward permit process. I interviewed 12 architects—several of them doubted the project would even get approved—and received a wide range of quotes. Caroline stood out immediately. She provided the best estimate by far and the fastest timeline for submission. She was very responsive from day one and clearly understood how to navigate the city process. Throughout the project, she was outstanding—quick with revisions, responsive to feedback, and always finding a way to move things forward. I got exactly what I wanted, and now I have my permit in hand and can’t wait to start building. I’d definitely recommend her.
