- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is the final price for the specific information provided to me and no additional set-up or travel fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first talk about your specific needs and requirements. Once agreed on what's expected then there's a simple contract and payment as is mentioned on the contract. We accept Zelle and charge cards for perfomances within the next couple of months and accept checks as well for more future events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all professional musicians who have various backgrounds of music education and performance experience in symphony and chamber groups. We have performed over 7,000 special events through the years and hundreds of thank you notes from our happy clients. I'm also a professional music arranger which is why I have an unusually interesting collection of contemporary/popular music along with the usual classical music.
