SteamSweep quickly responded to my message. I tried washing my rugs in my washing machine and that was a mistake 😬the rugs started smelling bad. SteamSweep responded promptly and scheduled a visit within two days. SteamSweep was able to help clean the rugs properly, and remove the smell. I also ended up cleaning my couch! The service was friendly, well done, and very appreciated! Thank you 🙏🏽
