It was an excellent experience. Anatol was punctual and thorough with his cleaning. We have two couches — a 3-seater and a loveseat. The couches now look brand new. Would highly recommend hiring Anatol for couch cleaning service.
Communicating with this company was a breeze. They were not only responsive but answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Anatol messaged me about his ETA and was prompt. He explained some concerns he had very clearly and I felt he truly cared for my furniture. I do wish post cleaning, my couch and chair would smell “clean” but there was no smell at all. The furniture does look refreshed so I’m happy with the results.
There was one stain I paid extra for and it didn’t come out due to how long it was there. The extra cost wasn’t much at all but would’ve been nice if they asked me questions about any stains to determine if the extra work and cost is even necessary.
I really appreciated how Peter did a really awesome job cleaning my White large sectional couch from Pottery Barn. I got a response right away from this company and got a great deal even though some tax charges a lot to contact every company listed here. I got Cleaning done in the past with another company and my Couch unfortunately still had stains but when I did it this time the couch dint have any stains!
