Introduction: Never before has food taken such a significant place in our collective consciousness, from farm to table; from table to television. The implications of our choices in what and how we eat have moved far beyond simple sustenance to having a profound impact on our ecology, economy and environment.
It is my firm belief that as a chef, it is my responsibility not only to provide a healthy, nutritious and delicious source of fuel (garbage in, garbage out after all) but also to preserve culture, foster communication and protect the environment as well.
Choice Catering is a "triple bottom line" business, meaning that we measure our success across 3 separate bottom lines: planet, people and of course, profit.
We feel that our goal is to succeed in fostering a new climate of understanding and connection between the food we consume, the people instrumental in producing it and the Earth that provides the canvas against which the mural of life is made possible.

I worked with Choice Catering as Meal Coordinator for a large volunteer team staffing the 4-day Wisdom 2.0 Conference. Choice Catering provided 300 meals that included vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options at each meal service. Our volunteers loved the meals. Choice's food flew off the tables and there were NO left overs.
Executive Chef Hayden McComas was second to none in developing creative, tasty and FILLING meal options for all the needs on our team. At least 6 vegan, and gluten free staff members commended me for taking care of their needs... and all I did was make the right choice in choosing Choice Catering. I hope you do too!
Added perks: friendly staff, on time arrival, easy/fast set up and break down, yummy food that's creative and tasty. Highly recommended.

CHOICE has been catering our office for a couple months now. The service has been great, all staff are very friendly and make sure that we are pleased with the food. The taco bar in particular was amazing, I don't think I'll hear the end of how good it was from our employees.

Hayden was responsive and followed up immediately with menus and quote. His team showed up on time, set up, served and left all in less than 2 hours. Food was warm and tasty. I will definitely use them again.
