We hired John to cater our intimate wedding dinner and are so happy we did. John communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. We live in another state, so being able to feel comfortable with the chef we hired was a requirement. He had the most reasonable price and provided a menu that met every request we had. The food was simply amazing! We had crab cakes, Caesar salad, filet of beef with a porcini mushroom red wine sauce, garlic mashed potatoes with an artichoke puree (might sound weird, but trust me it was pure heaven!), asparagus, and a brulee cheesecake with a berry coulis. John served us each course and told us about what he had prepared. He had a great sense of humor and even shared his secrets to some of the amazing dishes. He also prepared some quiches for our breakfast the following morning. We all agreed they were the best quiches we had ever eaten. Overall, I give him a 5* plus! If you get the opportunity to hire him, you definitely won't be disappointed. P.S. He also left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived :)

John was amazing! He catered an event for our Company's Holiday Party and everyone loved the food sooo MUCH. My colleagues continued raving about the dinner. John went above and beyond for us and we definitely plan on booking him in the future again! He will work with you on creating a menu within your budget. He was very responsive and cheerful to work with. The crusted stuffed chicken, steak with chimichurri, and the panna cotta dessert were such a hit with everyone! John did a fantastic job cooking for the cocktail party we hosted in our home for 20 people this past weekend. We were celebrating a friend's engagement and John made the event special for all of our guests and allowed us as the hosts to relax and enjoy the event. He was incredibly responsive and easy to work with (sent over a contract, made paying easily with a link to square, created a menu for us with a good variety of options for everyone). The food was excellent quality and there was plenty of it so people didn't go hungry. John was prompt, friendly, and even put up with our barking dog, all with a smile on his face. He was incredibly neat and did all of the dishes (by hand!). John truly made the evening special and I will most definitely be hiring him again for the next event we host!

I had a holiday party & expected 50 guests, but 60+ showed up. No worries there as John had plenty of food,& my guests raved about it. The prime rib, baked ham, all the veggies, & desserts were scooped up quickly! John was professional, friendly, & an excellent chef. His 2 servers were polite, & on task.
