John has provided catering for me on several occasions. I have used him for formal, company events to informal, social parties. John and his staff are VERY professional and his food is outstanding. He is my go-to caterer! GREAT chef, very personable and great value.

He is creative and innovative and completely dedicated to using the best quality ingredients and creating incredibly food that is beautifully presented!
