In France, food is a religion, beautiful food is very important and also quality and seasonal ingredients. I put a lot of attention to my clients' needs and always provide a high-end food and service for corporate clients I have like Goldman Sachs, Eventbrite, Wework, JP Morgan... or a private dinner for just a few people. Being from Nice, in the south of France, I love going to the market to chose my products and put in practice what I already know, the recipes I know and the techniques I know. I also enjoy learning about new ingredients, their origins and beneficial properties and making experiments. Marlene did an excellent job catering for our 60+ guest event. The food was amazing, she was on time, and very responsive with emails and phone calls. Tons of our guests were asking who catered and will be hiring her in the future as well. We will for sure be using her services again! Thank you Marlene!! :)

Marlene was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive, had wonderful suggestions in terms of menu and timing, and most importantly - the food was INCREDIBLE! We hosted a cocktail party for 55 people, and everyone raved about the delicious appetizers that Marlene prepared. She prepped the food onsite in our kitchen, and put together a beautiful presentation. She also helped me by bringing someone to help us pour wine and keep the platters refreshed and full. All of the food was devoured by the end of the party - always a sign of a success! We will absolutely use her again for our next event. She was lovely and a pleasure to work with!

My company was celebrating it's ten year anniversary and we needed a full service caterer. Marlene was perfect. She was flexible with our budget and professional throughout the whole experience. She was very easy to get a hold of and that open communication was crucial to the success of the food prep and service. Her servers, Bea and Wesley, were as professional and pleasant. For future catering needs I would definitely hire Marlene again.

Marlene was great -- easy to communicate and work with, and the food was amazing!! We planned the dinner party in a short amount of time, but everything was executed perfectly! Marlene's appetizers were especially delicious -- I wish we had decided to do a few more. I was very satisfied with the meal, and it was a pleasure to have Marlene in our home.

Learning my mum and dad cuisine since I was a child, Training/working in high end restaurants in Nice, London and San Francisco. Learning different cuisine, Italian, Caribbean, Mexican... Cooking classes in Morocco, Mexico....
