Lightning Cleaning was recommended by a friend. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment with Thumbtack, and Deyanira confirmed right away for the next day to deep-clean a 3-story house! The team of four arrived on time, though it's always easier for cleaning crews in the morning. The ladies didn't speak English, but Deyanira translated all my requests and concerns. The crew worked room by room, floor by floor 7 hours. They even removed marks on the walls with magic erasers! Our window sills had some stains and needed a wet wipe, but the crew only did a dry microfiber (apparently, that wasn't included). I texted Deyanira about it, and she immediately communicated with her crew. I'm annoyingly thorough and used to work for a cleaning company myself years ago, and I can confirm the crew did a good job, especially given the size and the dust levels in the house.

THE BEST! The best cleaning I ever had. The team was the nicest, and they made sure everything was sparkling and wouldn’t leave before everything was absolutely perfectly clean and they worked very hard. I couldn’t recommend more. They even cleared out the mold that was hidden in the bathtub because they cared about our health! THE BEST!! Thank you!!!

Deyanira and her crew were awesome. They started with two cleaners and then brought 4 more cleaners in after an hour or so. It took them about 5.5 hours to clean a 3 bed/2 bath house from top to bottom after a move out. Their attention to detail was terrific, and Deyanira was super responsive throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.
