Introduction: I help people identify roadblocks to cooking for themselves and help them overcome them. Individual sessions take place in the client's own kitchen. We reorganize kitchen space (including planning for remodeling), work on cooking skills, identify recipe resources to fit personal eating goals, identify key equipment and techniques to increase comfort and success in the kitchen.
