Juan is just great. He makes sure he understands what work is desired, explains what he will do, gets right to it, works steadily without bothering anyone, and, most of all, does high quality works. He took pictures of various stages of his work to show what he did. Paid attention to the details. Solid handyman/carpenter. Rather versatile - he's up for the variety of tasks I described. Easy to work with. Can't recommend him enough.

I am very happy with the work Juan Carlos did for us. He helped us with several projects for our home office including installing shelving and wall hooks. I was most impressed with the work with my stand-up desk! I did not like the desk top it came with so he unassembled it and attached a custom top. It's sturdy and much better looking :)

Prices depend on the job but typically are $70/hour, with a one hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small jobs such as hanging of decor or building furniture, I am happy to jump on a call with you and offer an estimate.
For larger jobs such as deck repair, floor or door upgrades, we can schedule a free home consultation to take measurements, answer any questions and offer you a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Carpenter for 16 years with the Carpenters Local Union 22 of San Francisco.
