He was very polite and attempted to help us out with retrieving a pet tarantula trapped underneath our bathroom sink. Unfortunately we didn’t find her, but he did reinstall and sealed the toe kick under the vanity :)

We had a pile of framed pictures that sat in our closet for years, until Gerard skillfully installed picture shelves for us. Now they beautifully grace our entryway and look great! Everything, from keeping the area neat and clean, to the attention to detail of his work, was spot on. Also, he caulked the area around our guest bath with care and precision. Highly recommend!

Gerard made short work of a diverse list of tasks that had accumulated over the years, from testing and replacing electric fixtures, to replacing a section of our front door and finishing off our front landing (sanding, mortar, repainting). Gerard prevailed where several other people had failed in meticulously adjusting our very old doors back to where they should be, a good example of his finesse in dealing with the characteristics of older homes. Gerard is a great guy who shows up as agreed and charges a fair rate. He takes pride in his work and our house feels much better as a result of his care. Highly recommend.
