- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My training packages range from $200 to $2300. My goal is to help you and your dog, so depending on the situation we can always talk about the pricing structure. I’m here to help, you’re not just a dollar sign to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial free in person consultation. I will come to the customer; and we will go over their concerns, goals and aspirations. I also do a free demonstration of how I conduct the training. You will start seeing results within 15 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 23 years of personal experience. A lot of my clients went through dog training schools/universities and yet they hire me to help train their dogs. It’s not about just knowing how to teach commands, but also understanding your dogs body language. Understanding that a Dog is a living being with emotions and not a living toy is extremely important. Also over 10 years of customer service. If a trainer is only good with dogs but doesn’t actually put in the time and effort to understand the people their working with, then you will always have an unfinished product. It’s not just your dog that is getting trained; you are as well.
