Lane is great. He is very caring and treats the dogs he walks with love and personal care. I appreciate that he very flexible to accommodate my changing dog care needs. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The Panting Pooch offers a discounted walk price to customers that pre-schedule and pre-purchase 12 or more walks each month. Customers who purchase 12 or more walks receive walks at the price of $22 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The Panting Pooch will first schedule a 20 minute telephone interview to allow you the opportunity to ask any questions that you have regarding The Panting Pooch or its services. During this telephone interview The Panting Pooch will also ask a series of questions to better understand yours and your pooch's needs. After the telephone interview The Panting Pooch will schedule an in-person meeting and will complete a temperament evaluation on your pooch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In 2012 I graduated from the dog*tec Dog Walking Academy. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR by Pet Tech every two years. In 2015 I completed the Pet Addict Dog Behavior & Psychology Course. In 2016 I completed The Karen Pryor Academy's Dog Trainer Foundations Course.
