Hi all, I am a 17 year plumber from Ireland. I have served a five year apprenticeship back home and have lived 12 years stateside since then, plumbing all the time . I have lived and worked as a call out plumber in mahattan for a chain of Irish bars for a couple of years and since living in San Francisco I have done all types of plumbing but mainly Radiant heating and bathroom re-models, in 17 years I have came up with all types of issues so I feel there is not much at this stage that I can't solve :) I love that each day is different , each job a challenge, i take a lot of pride in my work as i was thought plumbing by my father mostly as i worked for his little company back home. He prides himself on doing good well done work and he has instilled that same value in me.No matter how big or small the job it, it must be done proper! I came to America because I love to travel and meet new people so I'm personable and start each day with a smile on my face

He did a great job. Right on estimate, and he knows about plumbing. He had to install a hose in the bathroom. He explained to me how the valve I was using could break. That indeed happened in my old house, but the previous plumbers didn't explain that. Instead Frank was very knowledgeable. He purchased the correct valve, and cared a lot about the final aesthetics of the job. The bathroom looks great. He cares about what you are trying to accomplish, and looks for solutions. I think he went beyond the basic scope of the project. We had to ask him a lot of questions about the faucets in the bathroom (which are old), and he took the time to review the faucets, and assess whether we could change them or fix them. Will use him again.

Do you know how hard it is to find a reliable contractor? Frankie saved my bathtub and not to mention the environment. My faucet was dumping GALLONS of water every time my roommates or I showered. He was very responsive and quick to come by and assess my lavatory needs. For no charge. He ordered all the parts (thank god, since I can only do my best at hardware stores..), installed and got it done in record time. He even managed to keep our antique, outdated knobs and fixtures. Gold will never go out of style! The leak is gone. It's even better than when I moved in originally. Thank you, Frankie. Holy sh*t, thank you!

I'm hesitant to put to rave of a review because I've had so many problems finding a good reliable plumber. Frankie was friendly, reliable and knowledgable. He even stayed the course and came to our appointment after a miscommunication with our thumbtack emails not getting to each other. He made it happen. I will defiantly call him next time I need someone.
